The usual questions.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time from inside the app. If you cancel mid-month, we prorate.
What does it cost to add another property?
Less every time. The second property adds $10/mo (total $25). The tenth doesn’t add anything - from 10 properties, you’re capped at $99/mo.
Do I get charged if a property is vacant?
Yes - you’re still paying for compliance tracking, listing, and applicant flow. Pause the subscription on a property to drop to $0/mo while it’s between tenancies.
Do you take a cut of rent?
No. Rent goes straight into your bank account - Keel never touches funds. Once Akahu auto-reconciliation reaches GA in Q3 2026, Keel will read transactions read-only to mark rent as paid; until then you can either record rent manually or opt in to the Akahu preview.
What about GST?
All prices are displayed excluding GST. 15% GST is added at checkout, and you receive a tax invoice monthly.
How does switching from a property manager work?
